Whether your process requires one control loop or one hundred, we have the skills and experience to fully specify and engineer all basic, master/slave and cascade control loops including complex control algorithms. We design the faceplates and graphical screens for your choice of Human Machine Interface or alternatively provide the graphic designs for implementation in your DCS. We design alarm handling mechanisms including intuitive “first up” alarm indication and acknowledge sequences. We provide clear and intuitive status information and trending data showing your operators what’s important for them. We are also happy to participate in safety and operability exercises to help ensure your plant is both safe and straightforward to operate at all times.
