Will it be complete on time? Have they incorporated the changes in scope? Is everyone aware of where we are going? When will the drawings be “as built”? Can we have a progress report?

At Beldick Automation we employ project management tools to address these and similar questions and to make sure that progress is smooth and efficient. Every order we receive is assigned to a project manager who has overall responsibility for progress, cost control and scope control. We design a project schedule taking into account your vendor data requirements, testing requirements and contractual milestones. We apply rigorous means to ensure that every system is delivered on time, within budget and to the right quality.

Our certified Functional Safety management system ensures that we engineer, build and deliver every system in line with Functional Safety (IEC 61508) requirements. This means that your system is in safe hands and we can prove it!
