New order for supply of purged Ex panels conform Beldick Automation own concept!
Beldick Automation received a new order for the delivery of purged panels suitable for an Ex zone. Earlier in 2011 we already received an order for purged Ex panels for a project of PEMEX in Mexico. Now it is an order for a project of Sasol in South Africa. In both cases the delivery consists out of Ex panels suitable for outdoor installation in an Ex zone. The panels are fabricated according our own proven concept.
Through the years we regularly met projects requiring outdoor panels suitable for an Ex zone. Due to the geographic spread of our projects we are confronted with both NFPA 496 code (type Z-purge) and the ATEX code (type Exp for zone 2).
Our own concept of purged Ex panels has proven itself as being of extreme high quality, cost effective and short delivery times.
The certified purge systems are still purchased but mounted by us on conform our own concept manufactured panels. After the required panel inspections and tests we issue an inspection report and conformity declaration.
In case of high ambient temperatures Vortex cooling can be applied.
